I just wanted to see if anyone could tell me when on the odd occasion when i'm gaming be it Skyrim, LFD2 or Killing Floor 2 for example the game will skip a frame as i always have fraps in the corner of the screen i can see for a split second it flickers up one frame to 61fps and the monitor skips a frame and my movement jumps a step ahead.
I was just curious if it's a spike in the GPU, CPU or a hard drive slowdown?
