There are some wireless access points that cannot be connected to either ScanSnap or a mobile device, or it is set in the default that it cannot be connected to any mobile device. ScanSnap is recognized as the same device as a computer when it is connected to the network. Thus, you may not be able to connect the ScanSnap via the wireless access point used in the secure network such as LAN in the office. This is because an unregistered terminal may not be allowed to connect in such LAN environment. Due to the time lag occurs between detecting a terminal and shutting it out, ScanSnap may not be able to connect to the network even it succeeded in the past.
