I live in a rural area and basically only get “high speed” internet when I spend the day working at the library.
I’m now at the library and I took my switch with me to update my games. I just got the switch last week and it managed to struggle through its own software update somehow while I was sleeping.
So anyway I’m trying to update Zelda and I also just bought the dlc while I was updating. The update is taking an absurdly long time, it now fluctuates between 1 hour remaining or 2-3 hours remaining, but I do see it making progress. I’ve been here now for 2 hours and it’s at about 60%.

How big is the update for the game? I have not been able to find this information anywhere at all. Maybe I’m google failing I don’t know. I can only find the size of the dlc packages.
Is it downloading the dlc now as well as the update? Or is this just the update and it’s going to make me sit through the dlc afterwards as well.. 😫 I tried checking the eshop and there’s nothing that tells me if the dlc packs are actually downloading right now or not.
